SECURE PAYMENT METHODS

We make use of the PayFast Secure Payment Gateway to ensure you can safely shop and pay with your Credit and Debit Card. We unfortunately do not accept any EFT or CASH payments due to fraud and nonpayments.

Delivery within Gauteng, South Africa

We offer two delivery options, both done with our own fleet of vehicles in order for us to ensure the plants are received by you in the best possible condition.

Free Local Delivery.

All orders for delivery within the Ekurhuleni Metro exceeding R350.00 will qualify for free delivery, alternatively, a delivery fee of ONLY R50.00 will apply

Free Delivery within the rest of the Gauteng province.

All orders for delivery within the rest of the Gauteng province exceeding an order value of R500.00 will qualify for FREE delivery. Alternatively, a delivery fee of ONLY R250.00 will apply.

Instore collection

We also offer shoppers an option to collect the order themselves from the Nursery directly. The orders can be collected from StylishPlants Nursery @ 48 Daisy Avenue, Welgedacht AH, Springs 1559. Please note that orders can only be collected once confirmation of payment has been received and once we have confirmed the order to be ready for collection. Standard order fulfillment will take approximately 3 working days from confirmation of payment received. Order collections can also only be done on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 08:30 to 15:30 and Fridays between 08:30 to 13:30.

Delivery in all other provinces of South Africa

We have recently partnered with The Courier Guy to take care of our nationwide shipping requirements and now offer nationwide delivery. Please note that due to the nature of the product, we will only be shipping on Mondays to ensure the plants are not kept in a depot over weekends without water. The reason why we do this is although we will take the utmost care to package our plants as best we possibly can for the journey ahead, we also want to make sure we can keep that journey as short as possible.

Also please note that we can not take any responsibility for the condition of plants while in the care of "The Courier Guy" and they also do not offer any insurance on plants because it is a living thing. We will however promise to take all precautions possible to ensure the plants are received by you our most valuable customer in the best possible condition.

Should the unthinkable happen you are welcome to contact us and we will investigate the claim, but can not guarantee that we will be able to provide a refund or replacement plants.
